Do you take Emergency calls?
(A) Yes! We would like to be there in a case of your Appliance Repair Emergency but only within our service area. Emergency contact number is 954-274-7680.
Do you service Yachts and boats?
(A) Yes! We do have a Marine Service
How much is your Service call fee/charge?
(A) ONLY!!!! $69.95 +tax if you live in a house, apartment or condo and $79.95+tax for businesses, boats and yachts.
What does the service call fee/charge include?
(A) It includes the Tech(s) coming out to your home & doing a diagnostic for your Appliance. But the part(s)and the labor to complete the job is addition. We will create an Estimate for you.
How long do I have to wait for my part(s) when they are on order?
(A) It varies, depending on the availabity of the part(s), if it’s on back order, and /or the location of the part but typically 7-10 days.
Does the Tech(s) carry parts in his/her truck?
(A)(A) The Tech(s) carry some common repair part(s) but not all part(s), Some part(s) will have to be ordered.
Can the Tech(s) come out to my home at a specific time and day?
(A) We welcome all requests however the Tech(s) create their Routes the day and Morning of and your requests will have to be approved by the Tech(s) based on the ZIP CODES that they are servicing that day. But our office will contact you the morning of with a 2 HOUR window in which the Tech(s) will stop by our home.
Can the Tech(s) Call me 1/2 hour before he/she arrives?
(A). Yes! It would be our pleasure to give you a 1/2 hour courtesy call.
